I Baked Tonite.

I did not have a plan, therefore, I had little to no interest in cooking dinner. We supposedly had an arrangement that I would do the dishes and that he would cook. Hasn't really been the way things are working out. I started to do both on weeknights to get dinner on earlier (and to stem the kitchen mess).

So,I made baked apples rather than wrestle with poorly defrosted ground beef.
